1 /5 Forrest Shaw: Clear from the inventory why they are doing much business! Took a piece in for engraving. 14 days later, it still was not done. Had to wait that day for it to be completed. I had made phone call prior to check, but that did not get returned. I requested the engraving and cleaning. Cleaning did not get done, engraving was so bad. It was not spaced right, it was far too shallow from the other engraving on the piece. It was actually so bad that I wasnt charged, but it was an heirloom that should have been done with great care and concern. It was handled as a rush job, and I am so disappointed to hand this bad work on to an heir. Again, I see why the inventory in the cases is so very tiny. Looks like the place is about to go under and I can not encourage anyone to bother checking the place out.
