1 /5 Kimberly Hubbard: My first experience with this company started off very well. Sarah presented me in the beginning with kindness and a willingness to help to have my lost anniversary earring replaced. However when I decided not to have the duplication done due to Duncan’s inability to quote me an exact price for the job, Sarah’s attitude towards me changed. She spoke in what I feel is a condescending manner and even argued with me in the presence of the owner of this business. While Mrs. Duncan, an owner, was extremely kind to me, Sarah’s customer service skills are terribly lacking. Hopefully more training will take place because rudeness to customers is never acceptable.
