5 /5 Christy Massey: Wonderful experience at Jared Alpharetta location. Specifically came in on a Saturday to drop my ring off for sizing. I called prior to my trip to inquire about turn around time to get my ring back. Was surprised to hear from Joe that I could have it back same day. Upon arriving, I learned that it would actually be a few days before I could pick it up (not the same day). Not a huge deal, but I was headed out of town that Monday and had hoped to have my ring for the trip. To my surprise, I received a call from Joe on Sunday letting me know my ring was ready. He recalled that I was leaving town and was able to push the resizing through a bit quicker and was really trying to stand by the timeline he originally told. Many thanks Joe!! When I returned to pick up my ring Monica assisted me in looking at some bands. She was so helpful and gave her honest opinion after I explained the look I desired. She was never pushy and respectful of the time I needed to make up my mind. Will definitely return to this location.
