They took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me find the perfect piece without any pressure. The store has a beautiful selection, and everything felt very high-quality and well-curated. I truly appreciated the personal attention and excellent customer service. Highly recommend if you’re looking for jewelry with both style and substance!

All of our watches are repaired by A&J, they do a wonderful job every time. Today we purchased earrings and Daniel could not have explained things any better! We will continue shopping here!

Hope Martz We LOVE this Helzberg location! They’ve helped us with everything from purchases to repairs to custom pieces. I’ll never trust a different jeweler with any of my business- they always come back flawlessly. We recently moved to Charlotte but still make the 4 hour drive to see Caroline and Jim for all our jewelry needs! The store might sell the “I am loved” collection, but these staff members will truly make you feel as such.

Erica H Every time I try to go to this store it isn’t open. Hours of operation says it opens at 10am but it’s never open at that time. Idk who’s in charge of opening but they are not opening that store at 10am. The owner should look into this because they are losing money because the store doesn’t open when it should.
