5 /5 Billie Ray Gaskins: My beautiful and amazing fiance to be and I went into the store today. We didnt even have to open the door. This very polite and welcoming young man open it for us. He greeted us with a smile. To be honest it was kind of a prank at first to see how my fiance (to be) would react. I didnt buy today but very soon I will be going back. I think his name was Trey. Tall young man with an awesome personality. Sold me and my fiance on where we both will shop for our jewelry needs.Thank you for exceptional customer service.

5 /5 Madison Bell: When I walked in the store Mrs. Zen and Colby was so welcoming. I walked in to get my ring cleaned. The store is very nice and clean. I tried on rings and Colby was very patient with me. They offered me something to drink. I love the Tifton location and I will be coming back.

5 /5 Anna Fisher: We came in for a wedding band. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the store manager, Mrs. Zen. She was so helpful. She immediately knew where the matching band was for my engagement ring and gave me an array of other options that matched my preferences. She showed us clearance and regular price bands. We purchased the band that day. She had extensive knowledge of the warranty and check-out procedure. All-around great experience! Highly recommend this store. Especially after coming from another Kay Jewelers on the same day.
