While we just picked up the wedding bands, weve had the engagement ring for 10 months and have been very pleased with it. Laura was extremely helpful in working with us as we designed, with lots of specific preferences, a beautiful engagement ring. We had family diamonds set in the band, engraving on the sides, and a particular setting all within our budget. She is fun, knowledgeable, and seems to care deeply about the work she is doing. I came back years later because of a non-operating watch I couldn’t have imagined a better experience or quality of service. I had my broken watch fixed and the battery replaced within 30 minutes for a steal of a price. I even tipped some at the end because of how good and quality the people are on top of the perfect service they did on my watch. I cant imagine ever going anywhere else to get something repaired or for a new purchase.
