From the start, they were so welcoming and easy to work with. I really appreciated their honesty and guidance. Specifically, Daniel helped us out throughout the entire process and made my ring dreams come to life! Definitely ask for Daniel :) overall a lovely experience and I cannot wait to get more pieces from them!

They did a fantastic job cleaning the rings. They look brand new again! The customer service was excellent as well. Doug even came out front to chat with us while the work was being done, which made the visit feel even more personal and welcoming. 5 /5 Leah Zammit: My son decided to propose and his soon-to-be fiancées mother and I decided to see about blending gold from our family heirlooms into the engagement ring and take my mothers diamond for the stone. I cannot begin to describe the level of customer service we received. I can honestly say I have never experienced such a high level of customer care and customer experience from any industry as I did with David Douglas. They allowed us to be present at the gold melting and infusion of same into the ring mold they designed. They even allowed the grandparents to watch!! It was unbelievably special and a truly unique experience. The pricing was amazing and the level of attention to detail was exceptional. And-- she said yes!!!!
