Cassie Benefield Jay assisted with all of my jewelry needs. He took care of cleaning all of my jewelry in a timely manner (it was quite a bit to clean), helped try to clean a few pieces that I needed help with and also sent off two pieces for repair with ease. He’s a great asset to the team - very respectful, kind and pays attention to detail. Glad to work with him any time in the future.

Angelgrace Moore John was so pleasant and helpful finding a wedding band to go with my engagement ring! We were originally looking for my fiancé’s band, but found the perfect rose gold wedding band which neither of us were expecting to find so easily. He polished up the wedding band as well as my engagement ring without even asking. He was pleasant in conversation and so helpful. We will definitely be coming back for any other jewelry needs in the future. Customer service and professionalism was unbeatable!
