2 /5 Kania Exil: I had a really disappointing experience with this seller. I purchased a wedding band that was too big, but Frank assured me it could easily be resized. Trusting his word, I bought the ring and flew back to New York. When I took it to my trusted jeweler, I was told the band couldn’t be resized because it was too shallow and would likely break if they tried. This was extremely frustrating, especially since Frank had promised me the ring was high quality and resizable — which turned out not to be the case. I ended up having to purchase a brand new band just one week before my wedding, adding unnecessary stress and cost to an already busy time. I would not recommend buying from here unless you’re 100% sure of the size and don’t plan on needing any adjustments. The misrepresentation was disappointing, and I wish I had been given honest information upfront.

3 /5 Steffini Mcnair: We got an ok price for a 3 ring wedding set but they told us the rings were 14 carat gold but theyre really 10k . And make sure to really inspect the jewelry you get from them closely because the lights are so bright in there it makes it hard to see what your really getting. I thought the diamonds in my rings were chunkier but it was really just the setting and the bright lights making it hard to see smh .
