Debby Walters My husband and I mined here the end of March 2025. We found so many beautiful stones!!! We also got two of them polished and shaped into pendants and asked them to use some of our small emeralds to repair his wedding ring. We had to wait about 2 1/2 months for them to get here BUT they were always available for an update, we’re very courteous and the end result was WELLL WORTH THE WAIT!!!! We are so happy! Thank you so much, Chad!!!! Beautiful work!

K. A. We want to highly recommend Privée Diamonds Direct in Alpharetta for custom ring design. Jonathan is amazing and so talented. My fiancé surprisingly proposed to me earlier this year with a very special "placeholder" ring, and with the intention of us designing something even more special together as my final ring. Absolutely love that he did it this way! Long story short, I of course said “YES” and after much research on where to get a custom ring made we ended up going to Privée Diamond Direct to have the ring created to exactly what we wanted. The entire experience was perfect and so meaningful that we could do it together. With the help of Jonathan’s creative expertise and our vision the final ring came out unbelievably beautiful and absolutely perfect. I couldn’t have asked for more… I am so lucky with the perfect custom ring and the perfect fiancé! Can’t wait to design our wedding bands next!! Thank you Jonathan!

Robert Elliott I cannot express how amazing this place is. After dealing with a nightmare with Atlanta West Jewelry and being treated poorly there, my fiancé and I walked across the street and brought our engagement ring to get resized here and it was the easiest, most comfortable process from start to finish. The owner and his wife are extremely kind and knowledgeable on everything they work on/sell. AND to top it all off, the price was $35! AN EIGHTH OF WHAT THEIR COMPETITION WAS TRYING TO CHARGE US ACROSS THE SQUARE. For the same exact job! Don’t waste your time anywhere else. This couple is deserving of every dime we spent with them and I can guarantee that we will be back.

Helen Cunningham Kathy is truly one of a kind! Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, but she’s also genuinely kind and caring. I once lost the back to an earring I didn’t even purchase from her, and she still gave me a replacement without hesitation. When I went in to buy a white gold necklace to layer with one I had previously gotten from her, she generously gifted me a necklace and wouldn’t let me pay for it. I also purchased a diamond necklace from her, and later, my fiancé surprised me with the matching bracelet both are absolutely stunning! Kathy never pressures me to buy anything, even when I’m tempted to make an impulsive purchase (which is often!). I’m so grateful for her generosity and heart. Wishing her continued success and many more years of a thriving business!

Amy Mese I went into this store this weekend. I was looking for something in particular and the KS store in Jacksonville told me they were out of stock and would not be making this item anymore. I went into my local store and Kaitlynn told me she thought they were also out of stock, but she would double check the back for me. She found the rose gold Rayne I was looking for, along with the Danielle earrings at the color bar. She even went on a hunt around the store looking for the stone I was looking for. She was so attentive, nice and helpful. If it was not for her, I would not have got exactly what I was looking for— which was the limited addition pink abalone stones. I just wanted them to know how lovely she is. I wish all KS employees were as helpful as her!
