Kingsley Dey Such kind and generous people. I walked in half an hour before closing hoping to get links added to my watch and they helped me with no problems. Made lovely conversation the entire time I was there. They made sure I tried my watch on to make sure it fit perfectly and if it didn’t they took it back to adjust, no rush at all. I recommend to anyone!

Karen DiLorenzo-Jones I went into Kay’s on a Saturday evening (about an hour until closing time) to pick-up a couple of my rings that I had sent off to be serviced. As I was waiting for the salesperson to get my rings, I was doing some window shopping when Michael (aka Mike) brought my jewelry out. There had been a couple of items that had caught my eye while I was browsing, so I asked Mike to show them to me. What I experienced was an outstanding customer service interaction. Mike is a professional, yet personable young man who is extremely knowledgable about the products he sells. He took the time to answer my questions, he shared his knowledge with me, and he remained patient and engaged throughout the entire experience. While Mike was working with me our conversation was light and easy. I never felt pressured to buy anything - actually I had not even considered buying anything as I was simply there to pick up my repaired jewelry. Yes, I did end up purchasing a couple of pieces and Kay’s jeweler’s may want to increase Mike’s commission percentage as he was a huge part of the reason why!! It was due to Mike’s nonjudgmental, friendly, and easygoing personality that quickly got me engaged and kept me interested in the pieces I was looking at. It was due to this professional, yet personable interaction that kept me practical, realistic, and comfortable, to the point, that I decided to treat myself to a beautiful selection that I have been wanting to purchase for some time. Thank you Mike and Kay’s for letting me treat myself without breaking my pocketbook! I love, love, love my treat!!

Mikaela Luna We had the best experience with David Douglas that we could have asked for! My engagement ring was absolutely perfect, and both me and my fiancé also got our weddings bands here. From the start, they were so welcoming and easy to work with. I really appreciated their honesty and guidance. Specifically, Daniel helped us out throughout the entire process and made my ring dreams come to life! Kathleen Stento I wanted to update and change my review from 1 star to 5. The issue below was taken care of promptly and professionally and honored by JCPenney in Hiram! Was just at your Hiram, GA location and left without purchasing. I was shopping for casual shoes when I saw a sign for Clarks 40% off and a sign next to it which stated scan the QR code and take an additional 25%off . I scanned the QR code and also had a picture of the signs. At the register, the associate said the coupon didnt work. I showed her the picture of the sign and she tried again. The Manager ( or supervisor) was nearby and the associate asked why the coupon didnt work. The Manager said the 25%off coupon doesnt apply to Clarks. I asked why they have the 25%off sign WITH the Clarks sale sign. She replied "its just for advertising". I told her that was deception to the customer. She walked away without another comment. The cashier told me if I had a JC PENNEY credit card, I could take an additional 30%off. I asked how that would work since after reading the fine print on the 30% coupon also states Clarks are not included? It doesnt make sense and is deceiving the customer!! BEWARE of this stores " advertising".
