5 /5 Adrianne Lawrence: I visited this store because I needed to get batteries for my watches. I spoke with Leeanna over the phone and she was very helpful. I went in and the service was excellent. I have worked in customer service over 35 years and I am an avid stickler to being professional and kind. I can say that Leeanna provided both of those. The service was quick! Plus it was great experiencing a young person being so helpful!!

5 /5 Codee Williams: Associate helping was nice and did very well even though stating she was still in her first week. Got my items checked for warranty, sent 2 off and got everything cleaned all while the shop was busy but felt taken care of still.

1 /5 Brett Butler: This place is worthless. My wife and I went in and bought our rings the first week in March. They both had to be sent to be sized. We were told 2 weeks and they would be ready. It was a month later and we were told that there were delays. Finally 5 weeks later my wife’s ring comes in and they inform us that they could not re size my ring because they sent a size 9 to be sized to a 15.5. You would think a “repair manager” would know you can’t upsize a ring that far. We’re now going on 3 months and I still have no ring they claim that the ring was finally shipped to their home store in Ohio on 4/30 after I was told it was shipped to their store with tracking information on 4/28. Needless to say. No one in this store is helpful in any way. Nor do they know how to do their job. Highly recommend doing business elsewhere. Even at a different Kay jewelers
