1 /5 Dalton Clark: PSA PSA PSA THIS COMPANY IS SCAMMING EVERYONE; OVERCHARGED ME AND SOLD ME MOISSANITE STONE AS A LAB CREATED DIAMOND They only get 1 star because I can’t give them a 0. I purchased a piece of jewelry that was sold to me as a lab created diamond for thousands of dollars. I no longer have a use for this particular piece of jewelry so I took it elsewhere to try to recoup some of the money I spent. Everywhere I took this piece of jewelry I got the same answer “we cannot buy this because it is in fact moissanite not a lab created diamond” I revisited the store Diamonds and Diamonds to try to resolve the issue with them directly and they told me there was nothing they could do to assist me. Get this I wasn’t even asking for a full refund just the amount that I put on a credit card to help build my credit because the rest of the balance was paid in cash. I even tried giving them the merchandise back in exchange. Throughout the past year I have spent close to 10000 dollars on jewelry from them and they will never see another penny from me again because of how they handled this situation. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY OF YOUR MONEY!
