We came to Jason with only a rough idea of what we wanted our rings to look like, and he was with us every step of the way for several hours of meetings, consultations, and sketches sent back and forth before he sent a 3-D model of what our rings would look like. His expertise was invaluable throughout this process and combined with our vision to create beautiful rings. In the end we were both very impressed with the quality of the final product, and we couldn’t be happier. Karen DiLorenzo-Jones I went into Kay’s on a Saturday evening (about an hour until closing time) to pick-up a couple of my rings that I had sent off to be serviced. As I was waiting for the salesperson to get my rings, I was doing some window shopping when Michael (aka Mike) brought my jewelry out. There had been a couple of items that had caught my eye while I was browsing, so I asked Mike to show them to me. What I experienced was an outstanding customer service interaction. Mike is a professional, yet personable young man who is extremely knowledgable about the products he sells. He took the time to answer my questions, he shared his knowledge with me, and he remained patient and engaged throughout the entire experience. While Mike was working with me our conversation was light and easy. I never felt pressured to buy anything - actually I had not even considered buying anything as I was simply there to pick up my repaired jewelry. Yes, I did end up purchasing a couple of pieces and Kay’s jeweler’s may want to increase Mike’s commission percentage as he was a huge part of the reason why!! It was due to Mike’s nonjudgmental, friendly, and easygoing personality that quickly got me engaged and kept me interested in the pieces I was looking at. It was due to this professional, yet personable interaction that kept me practical, realistic, and comfortable, to the point, that I decided to treat myself to a beautiful selection that I have been wanting to purchase for some time. Thank you Mike and Kay’s for letting me treat myself without breaking my pocketbook! I love, love, love my treat!!

I was diagnosed with Lupus and Rheumatoid Arthritis in May 2024 affecting my hands with larger knuckles and unable to get my wedding set over them. We purchased our wedding sets from Keith in 2021 and stopped by to see what our options were for me to once again be able to wear my rings. . Billy WENT TO WORK and created this wonderful adjustable inside to my rings that will allow me to now wear my wedding set that adjusts to the daily changes of my ring finger. Keith is ALWAYS a pleasure to work with and very personable. Keiths store is inviting and has a large selection to shop from ,no matter your needs. Billy also created a pendant from my mothers wedding set. SUPPORT the local guys and enjoy the personalized, intimate service the big chains dont offer and enjoy being greeted by your name every time you return!

John Thomas Michaels Emporium has some great old antique pieces as well as super estate jewelry and coins. You also find some really funky stuff upstairs in their new area - very neat clothing and retro items! The staff are great!
