Patricia J Went here to have a ring repaired . Stone had fallen out and was told a $100. Gave them a Hundred, and was told they would let me know how much the repair would be by calling me, but know one called to let me know how mich the repair would be, so after waiting for a week . I looked at the receipt the girl gave me but it didnt reflect the $100 that I had given for the Stone to be repaired into my ring. After which my husband went to check on the ring. They told him $100. I then went in and told them that I had already given them $100. They said that I hadnt. I said , "well you have cameras in here why not check the day I brought you my ring!" SHE REFUSED! and said it was Security! A reputable Business wouldnt have a problem showing the TAPE if their was a PROBLEM? HOWEVER MY HUSBAND GAVE THEM ANOTHER $100 THATS $200 . PEOPLE, You might as well say that I just bought my RING ! WOW HOWEVER,"GOD SAID, YOU WILL REAP WHAT YOU SEW!" AND HIS WORD CANNOT LIE! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! THINK THREE TIMES BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS BUSINESS!!!!

Adam R Anna-Grace and Scott did a tremendous job helping me and my fiance pick out our wedding bands, fun people making the process so easy and exciting. I would definitely come back just for the experience, but the deals we got definitely made this trip to Kay worth wild! Better than Zales!

brian gordon Sometimes five stars just isn’t enough… This is one of those cases! We were in touch with Jodi originally just for a quick question. But, ended up liking her candid demeanor that wasn’t pushy at all, so after a couple of weeks looking for the perfect diamond where we live in Pensacola Florida, we ended up calling her back in Georgia to have her acquire and set the diamond in our engagement ring! She and Harold, did a fantastic job! The ring turned out beautiful! And we could not be happier with what we received! We have already referred several people by word of mouth, and will continue to do so! Thanks again Jodi

Emma Davenport Mickeys customer service is fantastic. My mother sent me a Mickey Lynn bracelet that she purchased at a shop in Chicago, but it was too big. I called the store here in Atlanta and asked if I could exchange it for a smaller size, even though it was purchased elsewhere and not directly through Mickey Lynn. Mickey not only exchanged it--she sized it perfectly for my wrist and swapped out the clasp, free of charge. Its a gorgeous bracelet that I now wear every day!

kieth ashley I have been doing business with Ali and Zee at DRC for more than 5 years. They have never ever disappointed at all. In fact they excellent at quality product and customer service. Several years Ive also purchased family holiday gifts and they are always spot on!!

Riley Vasilatos I had two rings that had sentimental value to me, but were not very expensive that needed to be resized. I went to Bernerd’s and they told me they could not resize silver at all. Kay jewelers quoted me $900 for resizing the rings(For reference, I bought the rings at a side of the store stand in Alaska for $20). One of the rings could not be traditionally resized because of the way the opal was set in the ring all the way around. I came here and was quoted $90 for the rings to be resized with a bar placed inside the ring in order to not damage the opal. The rings were not able to be resized the way that we had initially discussed, so the owner took it upon himself to resize them in a more expensive manner, by added silver to the entire lining of the rings. He also discounted the service for it taking longer than expected. Overall, I was highly pleased with the care that was given and the extremely reasonable price I was given. I can’t speak for the jewelry sold here, but I was well taken care of and accommodated. 5 stars.

Brent Troyer These folks did an awesome job resetting a small diamond and resizing a ring for me. Its a daily wear piece that I inherited from my grandfather upon his passing 15 years ago. Because it holds significant emotional value, I didnt want to take it just anywhere. Aside from their convenient location, after meeting the family that owns and runs the business I immediately felt at ease. Within less than a week, they had my ring ready to go and did a beautiful job at a fair price. Highly recommend supporting this great and local small business, they will get my business again in the future. Thanks Jz!
