Wasnt sure I would be able to afford it but, she made it happen. Yolanda was attentive to my needs and stayed focused on me the whole time. 5 /5 Darlene Brown: Every 6 months I get to go to Zales , to have my wedding rings serviced as part of the warranty I purchased . Well on this day of going to Zales is always a fabulous adventure for my son and I. We live about 45 minutes north from the Zales location in McDonough GA. Just getting on 75 Hwy heading south from Forest Park is always an adventure for us . Well really for about a few million more folks as well. But for us we already know that we will be eating out getting gas and maybe going to Hobby Lobby that is located in the same complex that Zales is. To be honest. I think that form a womans perspective only. That going to Zales Jewelry and Hobby Lobby in the same day is just fabulous to me. Even if Im just getting my wedding rings serviced at Zales. I so love looking at everything there is , just so maybe one of my other fingers could share in this occasion of coming back to Zales. Which I love. I tell everyone I know that Zales has been in business the longest of any other jewelry store. Zales customer service is by far the best there is . Once you buy from Zales . You become part of their family . The consultants at Zales are so social and welcoming to everyone that comes in. I enjoy meeting each and everyone in person or on the phone. I know that if you need to buy that "special" ring and if you dont come to Zales. Then you have already made your first mistake . So Choose wisely my friend. My husband did. Have a great day.

2 /5 Alicia Powers: I have some pieces from here and its convenient, unfortunately they did not carry the bracelet that I was looking for. The customer service slow. I sometimes end up taking the quick drive to kay because of it.
