Paula Thomas I went in to buy a birthday gift for my daughter. The store had to request the item ship from another store. After nit getting a call to pick up in the stated time frame I was told the other store no longer had it available. I was very... upset. But Emily calmly called the store and found out it was because it had been shipped to me. She was so nice, professional and accommodating I couldnt stay mad,even before she called.
