5 /5 Ivy Bloom: Van is always a pleasure, just wish they could staff more girls they seems so busy all the time

1 /5 Felicia T: Store is empty and 2 employees sitting behind the counter on their phones cannot seem to greet you as you walk in. They all act like your bothering them to be in the store, just terrible customer service. I have been in a few times and all around just trash. They act like they dont want to be there, so maybe they should just stay home. Im not sure how that store is still left standing in that mall aside from all the others. Additionally the items in that store are so over priced for junk or the same exact items you can find elsewhere for a fraction of the price. Just all around terrible.

1 /5 Leah Garza: II just got kicked out of Claires in Peachtree City Mall in Columbus Georgia for not wearing a mask. Several other customers in the store had a mask on, but down on their neck and not covering their face. Even the worker at the register and store manager (in pink) only wore their mask on the lower half of their face and did not cover their nose... and called security on me for not having a mask, and then the manager called me a "Karen".

5 /5 Rachelle Johnson: Took my 9 month old to get her ears pierced today. I had such a great experience and wanted to share. Amesha(spelling?) was the associate that pierced our daughters ears. She was so professional, sanitized everything, explained everything thoroughly, and had a great attitude. Thank you for great customer service!!

5 /5 R M: Love love love Clairs! Always has cute items and trinkets for all ages! Did a girls spa day and the wide variety of face mask they had on clearance definitely made the day! The manager there kept in contact with me and called me when my order came in. It was delayed but not an issue because of the consistency in communication!
