Hope Martz We LOVE this Helzberg location! They’ve helped us with everything from purchases to repairs to custom pieces. I’ll never trust a different jeweler with any of my business- they always come back flawlessly. We recently moved to Charlotte but still make the 4 hour drive to see Caroline and Jim for all our jewelry needs! The store might sell the “I am loved” collection, but these staff members will truly make you feel as such.

George Champlin They are an excellent jewelry store. We have been there on a number of occasions to have jewelry repairs done and they have done an outstanding job. When I first went there I had them repair a gold chain which another jeweller messed up the repair by using solder which looked terrible. Their repair of the chain was invisible and we have used them many times due to the professional job which they do.

He went as far as walking us to their other 2 locations in the mall to show us their many options and was very patient as he allowed my husband to try on many watches before finally narrowing it down to the one. Ciera Wilson Lindsey was so helpful when it came to picking out jewelry and allowed plenty of time to make sure it was the look/fix that we wanted. She was so kind and gave us honest feedback when it came to fit and comfort. Me and my friend also had an issue where we left her phone in the facility after we left and after they closed. I talked directly to the owner and they worked with us quickly. A worker came back and was able to help get my friend’s phone. Truly great service and would recommend to anyone thinking about permanent jewelry.

cat pathways Expensive, but I LOVE the soy candles here and I prefer to support local businesses, so I dont mind paying a bit extra. There is a discount, however, if you are a downtown resident. The candles have great scents, are super long lasting, and safer for my cats than paraffin wax. Sterling rose is a personal favorite. Additionally, the employees are always friendly and kind whenever I visit. Ive never had a bad experience here and I will miss the Bohemian Den when I move out of downtown! Overall, just a joy to stop by when you want to treat yourself, buy a gift, or explore downtown.
