Sellers Kimberly “Kimmy” Me and my fiancé went here and got this set. Well the young guy that’s there is not a people person. He doesn’t smile and acts like he doesn’t want to be there. He couldn’t help us on anything. And we had to take the set back because the stones kept falling out and they fixed it but as u can see on the pictures the stones have fallen out again. And we paid over $400 for this set and my fiancé band. So we won’t go back. And really don’t know what to do because the stones are out again. But the older guy that’s there he was a really big help.

Their store is not just any jewelry store…it is more like going to see my extended family. Every person is so caring, their jewelry is beautiful, and any repairs are done perfectly and in very timely matter. If I could give them more that 5 stars I would. World Star The only thing that bothered me was that the merchants said they can order something custom that I had asked for in advanced and then after paying half of the balance due, which was said to be the minimum before ordering, they said my item was unavailable. So now I have to choose something they already have with them in inventory... honestly for the same price or perhaps a even cheaper price, you can order and purchase a custom made jewelry with little to no wait at all, and have it shipped right to your door. Next time I will be ordering online. On the other hand, the best part about jewel time is there flexible payment plans on layaway... But other than that, it can be highly inconvenient to shop there. Unless you plan on small purchases that are gold plated or a big fan of 10k gold.

She was patient with me and helped me design a ring that described me in a ring. It is absolutely perfect and catches everyone’s eye.
