Faith Allen I cant tell you how amazing an artisan Courtney is. Her pieces are so unique and versatile not to mention, the quality. Ive had my pieces for over a year and they look just as amazing as they did the day I got them. My husband surprised me with a custom nameplate necklace with a pearl from Courtney that had my sweet babys name on it and truly is my most favorite piece of jewelry. If youre looking for unique and quality pieces of jewelry from an artisan with the biggest heart then Courtney is your girl! Cannot recommend her enough.

World Star The only thing that bothered me was that the merchants said they can order something custom that I had asked for in advanced and then after paying half of the balance due, which was said to be the minimum before ordering, they said my item was unavailable. So now I have to choose something they already have with them in inventory... honestly for the same price or perhaps a even cheaper price, you can order and purchase a custom made jewelry with little to no wait at all, and have it shipped right to your door. Next time I will be ordering online. On the other hand, the best part about jewel time is there flexible payment plans on layaway... But other than that, it can be highly inconvenient to shop there. Unless you plan on small purchases that are gold plated or a big fan of 10k gold.

Rosie from Best Jewelry was a PLEASURE to work with and provided me a PERFECT, gorgeous, 14K gold ID bracelet that works for me as a medical alert bracelet -- a very beautiful and classy medical alert bracelet. Rosie made it so easy for me to request the look I desired and end up with a lovely bracelet that I will wear forever, and she even coordinated where we could meet so that I didnt have to drive to the Mart for pickup. We had a bit of a mix up on the engraving, but not only did Best Jewelry fix it, they made it BETTER. With FedEx ground, I received the bracelet one day after the company made the quick fix.
