Del Johnson Jean & staff are professional, friendly, knowledgeable & do quality work. This is the second time I have used them for jewelry repair of items very sentimental to me. Most importantly, I trust them to keep my items safe & return them to me repaired correctly & to my satisfaction.

Marc Brown Great service, good prices, and good turn around time. So far it doesnt seem like theres an idea they cant put together for a grill. The lady (owner?) is friendly.

Elizabeth Scruggs I didnt visit the one store in St. Simons Island but I visited the website after reading a wonderful book called Gogo. If you arent familiar she is an artist that grew up on Cumberland Island and takes her jewelry inspiration from nature. Her grandmother was Lucy Ferguson (Gogos last name also) who was a Carnegie. There is an amazing history between those two also but thats another story. Her jewelry is known world wide and is very unusual and expensive. There are a few things that are semi affordable. I own a pair of trumpet flower earrings. If you get the chance read the book. Ours came from the Atlanta Arts Museum at an exibition she did there. Look the store up and shop. Until you know the history its hard to appreciate but Im sure you can find the history online somewhere.

Erin Sharp Staff are very professional and very kind! they have sized 2 watches for me and both were spectacular. I made a strange request to lengthen my watch long enough so it would be a double wrap, and with the stuff i brought them they made it work! absolutely love them and highly recommend.

Angelgrace Moore John was so pleasant and helpful finding a wedding band to go with my engagement ring! We were originally looking for my fiancé’s band, but found the perfect rose gold wedding band which neither of us were expecting to find so easily. He polished up the wedding band as well as my engagement ring without even asking. He was pleasant in conversation and so helpful. We will definitely be coming back for any other jewelry needs in the future. Customer service and professionalism was unbeatable!

Anna Grace Jackson Diana has been so helpful in the repair process of my engagement ring. When it came back not fixed, she made sure to correct the problem and get it back to me as soon as possible. I have really appreciated her help through this process.

Ciera Wilson Lindsey was so helpful when it came to picking out jewelry and allowed plenty of time to make sure it was the look/fix that we wanted. She was so kind and gave us honest feedback when it came to fit and comfort. Me and my friend also had an issue where we left her phone in the facility after we left and after they closed. I talked directly to the owner and they worked with us quickly. A worker came back and was able to help get my friend’s phone. Truly great service and would recommend to anyone thinking about permanent jewelry.
