Emma Davenport Mickeys customer service is fantastic. My mother sent me a Mickey Lynn bracelet that she purchased at a shop in Chicago, but it was too big. I called the store here in Atlanta and asked if I could exchange it for a smaller size, even though it was purchased elsewhere and not directly through Mickey Lynn. Mickey not only exchanged it--she sized it perfectly for my wrist and swapped out the clasp, free of charge. Its a gorgeous bracelet that I now wear every day!

Christa made the process of selecting a ring easy by first educating me and then guiding step-by-step to build the perfect ring. Highly recommend shopping here. Angie Rigney Roger is really REALLY good at what he does. He is particular about the pieces he sells: every one of them is just lovely and top quality. It is my experience that he deals with those of us who come to him with a small heirloom piece to be re-set or repaired in just the same way he would deal with a customer whose pockets are much deeper than mine. Roger is personable, knowledgeable, creative, and yet reasonable. I would never hesitate to take any request to him: for a repair, a reconstruction, or a new piece. Tucked away in the corner of a local shopping center, this business is truly a hidden gem waiting to be discovered!

Jay Cook This was my second watch buying experience at Mayors Avalon, both for Tag Heuer Formula 1’s, and both were excellent experiences. My sales rep, IA was amazing both times! She loves her job, and it shows. The way she treats customers should be a master class in customer service! This is just the beginning of a long relationship with IA and Mayors, I can’t imagine buying a luxury watch from anywhere else. Highly recommend! Update: Since I bought the two Tag Heuer’s, I recently stepped all the way into luxury watches and purchased a beautiful Tudor Black Bay 68, from IA, of course! K. A. We want to highly recommend Privée Diamonds Direct in Alpharetta for custom ring design. Jonathan is amazing and so talented. My fiancé surprisingly proposed to me earlier this year with a very special "placeholder" ring, and with the intention of us designing something even more special together as my final ring. Absolutely love that he did it this way! Long story short, I of course said “YES” and after much research on where to get a custom ring made we ended up going to Privée Diamond Direct to have the ring created to exactly what we wanted. The entire experience was perfect and so meaningful that we could do it together. With the help of Jonathan’s creative expertise and our vision the final ring came out unbelievably beautiful and absolutely perfect.
