I’ll never trust a different jeweler with any of my business- they always come back flawlessly. We recently moved to Charlotte but still make the 4 hour drive to see Caroline and Jim for all our jewelry needs! The store might sell the “I am loved” collection, but these staff members will truly make you feel as such.

When I first went there I had them repair a gold chain which another jeweller messed up the repair by using solder which looked terrible. Their repair of the chain was invisible and we have used them many times due to the professional job which they do.
