The store has a beautiful selection, and everything felt very high-quality and well-curated. I truly appreciated the personal attention and excellent customer service. Emma Gile We used Aurum for our wedding rings and they were fabulous! They were amazing to work with and helped us customize our rings completely! We worked the most with Lori and she was very helpful throughout the entire process. We were able to text her through the Aurum number and she was very responsive. We still go back to get our rings cleaned and for any jewelry service we may need. Highly recommend!!

George Champlin They are an excellent jewelry store. We have been there on a number of occasions to have jewelry repairs done and they have done an outstanding job. When I first went there I had them repair a gold chain which another jeweller messed up the repair by using solder which looked terrible. Their repair of the chain was invisible and we have used them many times due to the professional job which they do.
