Cinzia Morelli So awful, I have never had such a bad experience at Pandora before. The women I spoke to were so unbelievably rude, they made me feel like an escaped war criminal instead of someone trying to take advantage of a promotion. I wanted to return a charm I had just bought and then rebuy it to take advantage of a promotion they had on, and they told me I would have to rebuy it for a more expensive price, and I checked on the website and it was the exact same price. When I asked to speak to a manager the woman I was speaking to was the manager, but if I wanted to I could speak with someone else, and honestly they were just as rude as each other. I cannot believe they lied to my face to avoid helping a customer. I also can’t believe that with the amount of money I have invested in my Pandora jewellery, when I tried to take advantage of a promotion as a frequent customer, they were almost hostile. Such a shame as well because I was looking to buy another charm to add to my collection. Not only did they seriously damage my perception of the company, they also lost out on two different sales. Absolutely unacceptable, honestly save yourself the headache and avoid this Pandora at all costs.

tammy lee I brought 3 rings into Morgan Jewelers that I wanted to combine and make one ring (the rings meant the world to me and has so much sentimental value.) Jim took time and reassured me it could be done would be beautiful. Jim and Angie were so kind and patient with me during the process, and the ring is beyond my expectation I absolutely Love it not only is it beautiful, but it really means so much to me one of the rings was my sisters ring she had before she was killed in a boating accident 6 years ago. I would recommend Morgan Jewelers to anyone. Everyone who works at Morgan Jewelers is knowledgeable and patient. Angie and Jim have a customer and a friend for life. I didnt cry at the store when I picked the ring up but I cried when I got in the car all the way home because it is beautiful and it means so very much to me. I couldn’t think them enough

Lynette Maton This past June, my husband and I celebrated 40 years of marriage. When he proposed, he sold his prized possession - his 1977 Firebird with T-tops, to buy me a diamond. Seven years later, he gave me the ring jacket with 7 diamonds on each side for our anniversary. (first photo) The diamond never lost its brilliance, but the ring design was dated, heavy, sharp and uncomfortable and Ive wanted to change it up for a long time. After looking for a jeweler who would work with me to create a unique ring using the stones in my existing set, I chose JWO Jewelers in Roswell. Today, I got my new ring. Reset from yellow gold to white gold, the diamonds shine with a brilliance I didnt know they could have. Many thanks to Heidi and Krist who worked together to bring this plan to fruition. kieth ashley I have been doing business with Ali and Zee at DRC for more than 5 years. They have never ever disappointed at all. In fact they excellent at quality product and customer service. Several years Ive also purchased family holiday gifts and they are always spot on!!

Jake Andrews My fiancée and I have loved working with Laura. She helped us design an amazing engagement ring and then worked with us for wedding bands. While we just picked up the wedding bands, weve had the engagement ring for 10 months and have been very pleased with it. Laura was extremely helpful in working with us as we designed, with lots of specific preferences, a beautiful engagement ring. We had family diamonds set in the band, engraving on the sides, and a particular setting all within our budget. She is fun, knowledgeable, and seems to care deeply about the work she is doing. Making sure we were happy with the design, and that we would still be happy years from now, was a big priority for her. Thank you Laura!

Megan Buth Myah helped my brother (and mom and I) design a GORGEOUS ring that was PERFECT for my sister-in-law. we had such a wonderful time with her and she was so patient and helpful, making sure every detail was just right! I couple months later, I got my engagement/wedding ring from a different jeweler, but came in to make sure Jared’s could solder them and Myah listened to my requests and assured me that it could be done well! I just picked up my rings from her today and she saw to it that they were treated with care and done exactly how I requested. I will definitely be back, but only if Myah can be our girl!

Tre This is my first bracelet (permanent) and Ive walked around the entire mall trying to find the perfect one thats a great price, size, and glistens and i’m not going to lie im glad I came here. The employee and manager made the process super easy and was very helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back for another.
