Frank Worsham Jewelry Repair Services of Augusta repaired an antique pearl bracelet for us that required re-stringing the entire piece. Amanda repaired the bracelet and you could not tell it had ever been damaged. She completed the work in 24 hours for a price that was very reasonable. Amanda is cheerful and completely customer oriented. We are completely satisfied with this business and heartily recommend them.

After dealing with a nightmare with Atlanta West Jewelry and being treated poorly there, my fiancé and I walked across the street and brought our engagement ring to get resized here and it was the easiest, most comfortable process from start to finish. The owner and his wife are extremely kind and knowledgeable on everything they work on/sell. AND to top it all off, the price was $35! AN EIGHTH OF WHAT THEIR COMPETITION WAS TRYING TO CHARGE US ACROSS THE SQUARE. For the same exact job! Don’t waste your time anywhere else. This couple is deserving of every dime we spent with them and I can guarantee that we will be back.

They helped my husband design the most stunning engagement ring — it’s everything I could have dreamed of and more. What made it even more meaningful is that they incorporated pieces from my mother-in-law’s jewelry, turning it into a true family heirloom that I’ll cherish forever. The staff was so thoughtful, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. When we needed wedding bands last minute (truly crunch time), they didn’t hesitate. They simply said, “We’ll do our best,” and then somehow made it happen. That’s just the kind of care and magic they bring. The quality of their work is unmatched, and their pieces are absolutely beautiful. My mother-in-law also gifted me a pair of earrings from them, and I’m completely obsessed. I presented her with my ring and detailed my desires for the accompanying piece. Upon her initial assessment, she fulfilled my vision and completed my dream ring. Riley Vasilatos I had two rings that had sentimental value to me, but were not very expensive that needed to be resized. I went to Bernerd’s and they told me they could not resize silver at all. Kay jewelers quoted me $900 for resizing the rings(For reference, I bought the rings at a side of the store stand in Alaska for $20). One of the rings could not be traditionally resized because of the way the opal was set in the ring all the way around. I came here and was quoted $90 for the rings to be resized with a bar placed inside the ring in order to not damage the opal. The rings were not able to be resized the way that we had initially discussed, so the owner took it upon himself to resize them in a more expensive manner, by added silver to the entire lining of the rings. He also discounted the service for it taking longer than expected. Overall, I was highly pleased with the care that was given and the extremely reasonable price I was given. I can’t speak for the jewelry sold here, but I was well taken care of and accommodated. 5 stars.

Debby Walters My husband and I mined here the end of March 2025. We found so many beautiful stones!!! We also got two of them polished and shaped into pendants and asked them to use some of our small emeralds to repair his wedding ring. We had to wait about 2 1/2 months for them to get here BUT they were always available for an update, we’re very courteous and the end result was WELLL WORTH THE WAIT!!!! We are so happy!
