J. P. Fair price and the best customer service that I’ve seen in a long time. Mom and Pop shop with the work bench on full display so very interesting to see your jewelry worked on in real time. Both Ron and Joanne were great to chop it up with while getting a lobster clasp replaced on the spot. They also shined my chain up and made it look brand new. Will for sure be going back!

A friend and I found this store because we were looking for some information on a coin he had and from start to finish all i can say is wow. We were met right at the door by Andre ready and willing to both help and answer any and all questions we had. By the end of it we had all the answers we were looking for and more, were given an amazing experience, and even got an incredible deal on some silver to boot. Mike Went here to see about getting a simple pin replaced in my bracelet. They charged me a 3rd of what those fast fix ppl were asking for and got the job done in 30 mins. The competition wanted an entire day. They even fixed the clamp on the bracket as it was a bit loose without me asking or charging me. I’d go back here anytime I need a repair or am in the market for new jewelry. Can’t beat reasonably priced & honest

Jay Cook This was my second watch buying experience at Mayors Avalon, both for Tag Heuer Formula 1’s, and both were excellent experiences. My sales rep, IA was amazing both times! She loves her job, and it shows. The way she treats customers should be a master class in customer service! This is just the beginning of a long relationship with IA and Mayors, I can’t imagine buying a luxury watch from anywhere else. Highly recommend! Update: Since I bought the two Tag Heuer’s, I recently stepped all the way into luxury watches and purchased a beautiful Tudor Black Bay 68, from IA, of course! It’s the new favorite in my collection, it’s so good.

Mine ended up perfectly matching my engagement ring. They were so welcoming, great communication, service was excellent.
