Jane Barnes On a recent trip to Savannah, I shopped in this unique boutique. The staff was unbelievably helpful and I could have purchased way more than I did. I took my neatly wrapped package and hurried off for my carriage ride. We enjoyed our brief but lovely morning and hurried back to our hotel with barely enough time to get ready for the wedding we were attending. I opened the package to take out the wrap that I had purchased to wear on the chilly evening only to find out that a different wrap had been placed in my bag. I called the shop owner, and explained what had happened. With 45 minutes left before departure for the wedding, I really didnt know what could be done. The owner was so gracious and apologetic. She asked me where I was staying (which was 30 minutes from downtown Savannah. She then told me she would deliver the correct wrap to my hotel and it would be there before I had to leave for the wedding. Now that folks is what I call customer service above and beyond any I had ever experienced! I have told everyone I have seen about this. To the owner, I wish to express my sincere thanks. She was gracious and entirely generous in her service to this North Carolina lady, who she might never see again. I highly recommend that when you visit Savannah that you visit this shop and spend lots of your money there! This was 10 star service!!!

Emma Rodriguez Came in with a necklace under $100 that I wanted fixed. They had it taken care of in less than 24 hours. They made my necklace seem as important to them as it is to me. The women working there are very kind.

Jose Calderon My visit to this location was fantastic and my high quality experience was attributed to its staff. I was helped immediately and told of all the deals going on in the locale by a guy named Austin, super helpful guy! I was impressed to find out he styled the mannequins as well, they weren’t your average retail store display mannequins it really felt like he put effort and a step above what most retail stores would do. Mind you this was a busy weekend and this employee went out of his way to make everyone feel welcome and optimize sales while organizing. 10/10 experience and I felt this person should be shouted out

Jennifer Gault After almost 40 yrs of marriage my husband and I decided to purchase a new wedding band set for my diamond. Taras jeweler agreed it was worn out. Sunny helped us create a more personal wedding set with the addition of extra wedding bands with birthstones of our children. Sunny was amazing! I actually walked out within a couple hours with my new wedding set, my diamond set in it, and the 3 additional bands. What service!!! We love it! Mike and I had a great experience.
