It’s not just a piece of jewelry to me—it holds deep sentimental value and is truly priceless. From the moment I walked in, the staff treated both me and my bracelet with respect and understanding. They were attentive, kind, and clearly skilled at what they do. The repair was done flawlessly and with such attention to detail that you’d never know it was ever damaged. I’m beyond grateful to have it back in perfect condition. If you’re looking for a place that combines expert craftsmanship with genuine care for their customers, this is it. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Y A: Went in here to see if I could find some liver of sulfer to age some silver jewelry that is very sentimental to me. Mark, the owner, went ahead and did the whole process for me. He showed me how it was done, and even polished it for me. He explained that hes been in business for 53 years and in this location for 13. I like supporting local businesses. This place is absolutely going to become somewhere I return to often. Good people.

1 /5 Kerry Heavens: Today is 6/4/2025. On 4/10/2025 I took a pair of my wife’s Fendi earrings in for repair along with my Lucien Piccard watch. I was told it would take 2 weeks to repair. I followed up every 2 weeks since only to be told the items are not ready yet. As it has now been 2 months, I went in to the store to retrieve my items. I was told that the earrings were complete, but the watch isn’t ready yet. After my card was charged $49 for the earring repair, I opened the package only to discover they were not repaired at all. I was then refunded and told that they could not repair the earrings. I am still awaiting the return of watch as I was told that the “watchmaker” will not be back until Thursday of this week! 2 months of having my items only for me to be told they have not been or cannot be repaired! I would hav left “Zero Stars” as the rating, but unfortunately that was not an option!

5 /5 James Zorn: I didnt have to wait long to get a few links taken out of my watch band. The staff was very friendly. They have a huge selection of used in antique watches in various types of jewelry. It was $25 for the links removal but it is covered if we need to make changes at no charge.

1 /5 Molly Baer: Unfortunately I had a negative experience with this jeweler. I dropped off 2 bracelets to be cut down in size. The quote was $400. When I asked why it was so expensive I was told it was because of the price of gold. There was no gold needed, only for the bracelets to be cut and soldered. I wanted to support a local business and was in a time crunch so I agreed on the price but felt it was excessive. When I went to pick my bracelets up only one of them had been cut down. I brought this to the jewelers attention and was then charged $260 for the one bracelet. $400 for two bracelets was what I was quoted then charged $260 for one bracelet? I believe he would have charged me $400 had I not put the bracelets on in the store and shown him the second one had not been cut down. I then called another jeweler in Sandy springs to ask what they would charge for this and was told $50 for both bracelets. I would not recommend this jeweler. It’s too bad the jeweler down the street closed as my experiences there were always wonderful. Take the time to drive to Sandy Springs or another jeweler.
