I cannot say enough positive and wonderful things about this small, family-owned business, the quality of their jewelry, diamonds, and top notch customer service. I was looking for a very specific style of eternity band (rounds on the outside and baguettes in the middle). When I was unable to find anything in local jewelry stores I began doing internet research and thats how I found Masina. They had EXACTLY what I was looking for. Masina Diamonds is in Georgia and I live in the mid-Atlantic region so it seemed strange to buy something of such value without seeing it in person. This was a non-issue for Masina. Not only did Star send me photos and videos of someone modeling the ring, she was patient, knowledgeable, kind, and there was never any pressure to make a sale. Instead I felt empowered to navigate the process and take as much time as I needed. Masinas prices were extremely fair and reasonable compared to other jewelers with similar rings but inflated prices for less carat weight and quality. The vibe the other jewelers gave made me feel icky like I was prey. After several months of thinking, I reached back out to Star to begin the purchase process which couldnt have been easier and more secure. I am extremely grateful for the stellar customer service, answers to questions, and patience for several months while I made a decision. I would definitely recommend Masina to anyone shopping for diamonds or fine jewelry no matter their location. After my shopping experience with them, it’s apparent Masina is a subject matter expert and I feel proud to be one of their consumers. If you look on their website, theres a reason theyve won so many awards and accolades. Family is everything and I recognize that Masina is a small, family-owned business and to me, that means everything. The ring I purchased was for a commitment ceremony my partner and I did recently while away on vacation in the Caribbean. He wanted to purchase a ring I would love and wear not only as a symbol of our commitment to each other, but also our commitment together to Jesus and God. The ring I chose from Masina is just shy of 5 carats of natural round and baguette diamonds. To say "I LOVE it" is a severe understatement. It is stunning and will someday belong to our daughter. Laura Chapman We recently purchased a replacement wedding set from Reeves jewelry because the diamond in my original set fell out while I was working in the yard 2+ years ago! Greg Reeves was so kind and helpful in scheduling my visit (I live in Alpharetta, GA) and offering guidance as I selected my new wedding set design. I was able to select a new look with a larger diamond (more carats) than my original set for a great price. We decided upon lab grown diamonds and got a great deal costing barely $100 more than what my husband paid for my original mined diamond set in 1996! Mary Alex also did a wonderful job shopping around to get the best deal for a fabulous looking diamond and ring set for us. M.R. Loyd My mom had a pair of earrings that had a post that broke. I contacted the pearl girls to see about trying to rescue this pair of Beautiful pearl earrings. Shonda Was so helpful and so incredibly efficient in helping me get these repaired. She gave me several options. She helped in Giving detailed pricing information and was very communicative through the whole process. Once the repair was done, we got them very quickly. The cost was Competitive, but the work was outstanding. My mom was so pleased with the way they turned out. This is not the first time that I’ve had the pearl girls make something for me nor is it the first time I’ve purchased something from them. I am a repeat customer and have been satisfied every time!
