Brent Troyer These folks did an awesome job resetting a small diamond and resizing a ring for me. Its a daily wear piece that I inherited from my grandfather upon his passing 15 years ago. Because it holds significant emotional value, I didnt want to take it just anywhere. Aside from their convenient location, after meeting the family that owns and runs the business I immediately felt at ease. Within less than a week, they had my ring ready to go and did a beautiful job at a fair price. John Philter I have a 50mm chase durer and took it to get links removed. Upon leaving I didnt really get a feel for the fit of the adjustment and noticed it was just a little too tight. After returning to get a link placed back in and and the band clip adjusted was told I already paid instead of charging again. Will be returning for future services and definitely recommend! Amy Mese I went into this store this weekend. I was looking for something in particular and the KS store in Jacksonville told me they were out of stock and would not be making this item anymore. I went into my local store and Kaitlynn told me she thought they were also out of stock, but she would double check the back for me. She found the rose gold Rayne I was looking for, along with the Danielle earrings at the color bar. She even went on a hunt around the store looking for the stone I was looking for. She was so attentive, nice and helpful. If it was not for her, I would not have got exactly what I was looking for— which was the limited addition pink abalone stones. I just wanted them to know how lovely she is. I wish all KS employees were as helpful as her!
