1 /5 eddie goodwin: I’ve brought my fiancée engagement & wedding band here to have some diamonds replaced and resized. I came in to pick up and they have lost the wedding band. They’ve been giving me the run around with broken promises and no explanation or solution for a week now. They now have stopped answering calls. I do not recommend business with them. Legal action is the way to go if you have issues here

1 /5 Ravi Chowdhury: Scammer in this place. I ordered a bracelet and they switched it for something different from what they showed and mailed it to me. When confronted for a solution or legal action they stop responding. They dont provide paperwork and as previous reviewers stated they delay and blame some shipper guy everytime.

1 /5 DT H: I ordered a piece was assured it would be delivered in 2 weeks.. Even called week of to only have them blame the shipper but couldn’t even produce a tracking #… The crazy part is they send me a video of the piece and it look good… Just couldn’t keep their promises… lesson learned

1 /5 Kevin Horan: I took my watch in for a replacement pin in the watch band. I’ve showered with this thing in the bathroom for several years, with no problems. It appears that the watch case was opened for some reason and not sealed properly. I suspect that the diamonds were traded out for CZ, but have no proof. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
