We worked the most with Lori and she was very helpful throughout the entire process. We were able to text her through the Aurum number and she was very responsive. We still go back to get our rings cleaned and for any jewelry service we may need. Highly recommend!!

Every time I walk in their door, I know I am in for a treat, looking at new pieces that are as beautiful as they are special.
