Not only was Meghan thorough and attentive and paid attention to every detail I threw at her (which was a LOT!!!), but she also managed to complete my ring under a major time constraint that we placed on her! She was so very patient with all the changes and requests I had, and answered every question quickly and kindly! To say she went above and beyond for us just doesn’t seem to do her work justice! She is a brilliant artist and phenomenal person and I simply cannot praise her enough! I came back years later because of a non-operating watch I couldn’t have imagined a better experience or quality of service. I had my broken watch fixed and the battery replaced within 30 minutes for a steal of a price. I even tipped some at the end because of how good and quality the people are on top of the perfect service they did on my watch. I cant imagine ever going anywhere else to get something repaired or for a new purchase.
