1 /5 Noah Hernandez: TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT SHOP HERE. I brought a diamond here to be put into a tooth cap, they took my measurements, told me come back in a week. I come back the next week and it’s not ready, they tell me ANOTHER week, I understand stuff happens so I wait - I come in- ITS STILL NOT THERE! They tell me to wait 4 MORE days, the day finally comes and the tooth is LOOSE, doesn’t fit, the quality is terrible!!! It’s chipped up, all types of problems. They try to repair it, still won’t work. They tell me I have to wait AGAIN! At this point I’m over it so I leave, they call me 30 minutes later and tell me they’re prepared to give me a refund. I get there and they take the diamond out of the tooth, and hand it to me. Telling me THATS the refund, no offer of payment for all the time I’ve waisted or even refunding the initial balance of labor! If you’re not a rapper don’t shop here!!! Terrible TERRIBLE customer service. They only care about taking care of their rap clients to look good for social media!
