I called the store here in Atlanta and asked if I could exchange it for a smaller size, even though it was purchased elsewhere and not directly through Mickey Lynn. Mickey not only exchanged it--she sized it perfectly for my wrist and swapped out the clasp, free of charge. Its a gorgeous bracelet that I now wear every day!
