Curtis W I cant say enough great things about Steeles Jewelry! I stopped in to have my ring repaired and cleaned, and not only did they take care of it free of charge, but they did it while I waited. Talk about exceeding expectations! The entire experience was seamless and genuinely pleasant. The sales team was wonderfully friendly—warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. It’s rare to find that kind of service these days. I’ll definitely be back when it’s time to make a purchase. Steele’s has earned my trust and my business. Highly recommend!

World Star The only thing that bothered me was that the merchants said they can order something custom that I had asked for in advanced and then after paying half of the balance due, which was said to be the minimum before ordering, they said my item was unavailable. So now I have to choose something they already have with them in inventory... honestly for the same price or perhaps a even cheaper price, you can order and purchase a custom made jewelry with little to no wait at all, and have it shipped right to your door. Next time I will be ordering online. On the other hand, the best part about jewel time is there flexible payment plans on layaway... But other than that, it can be highly inconvenient to shop there. Unless you plan on small purchases that are gold plated or a big fan of 10k gold.

My fiancé surprisingly proposed to me earlier this year with a very special "placeholder" ring, and with the intention of us designing something even more special together as my final ring. Absolutely love that he did it this way! Long story short, I of course said “YES” and after much research on where to get a custom ring made we ended up going to Privée Diamond Direct to have the ring created to exactly what we wanted. The entire experience was perfect and so meaningful that we could do it together.
