5 /5 Madison Sullivan: We went to browse the engagement ring selection for the first time with zero knowledge of what to look for in rings, what the different ratings mean, etc. we spent well over an hour with Sheila browsing, asking all the questions, and trying on the same rings multiple times. She was knowledgeable, kind, and so helpful. She never once rushed us and gave us so many options that Kay’s offers even outside of what they have in store. We have a way better understanding of what we want and think we have found excellent choices!

1 /5 julie ernst: I thought this would be one of the best moments in my life. I bought and engagement ring and then and wedding ring enhancer. As well as my husbands wedding band. I tool my engagement ring and enhancer to be fixed July 8th. For it to be returned wrong sized. Today got a call saying it was back but a diamond is missing out of the enhancer. 1st this is just a h8gw disappointment for a bride. And not to mention the lack communication or lack of compassion. Too many calls to the store in Ft. Olgethorpe Georgia. And now 5 phone calls to customer service to be told , I would get a call from customer service in 2 to 3 business days. To me this is so upsetting. I have not should have to cry about something I should be so exceptionally happy about. Kay Jewelers you have ruined my whole month plus, of marriage.
