She was able to help me with upgrading my necklaces as well as adding a charm. She was fast and friendly. As well as very knowledgeable. Everyone should go by and do business with her. He was so attentive to detail and assured me along the way I contacted him recently but I live states away and he got the necklace to me on time he was very nice and communicative throughout the whole process being that it was a custom piece the price was also very fair and shipping only took 2 days I’ll definitely be returning and I’m in loveeee with my piece
