Melissa is an amazing communicator and spoke with us non-stop during the design process. She got a CAD rendering made for us very quickly! She is very attentive to detail and will make sure you’re satisfied before beginning the design process. We had a wonderful one on one appointment with Melissa where she showed us a few different sized diamonds and different metal types, asked us about our relationship, and really gave us a personalized and unforgettable appointment. I recently had a vision on a custom ring I wanted made for my Birthday as a gift to myself and Midwest Jewelry brought my vision to life! I had a 14k 10.5 carat custom ring made and Frank took his time and made sure I was happy with the pre design before the ring went into production. It only took a few weeks and I must say this ring is the truth! I get many compliments and inquiries about where I had this ring made and I’m very proud to give them Franks name at Midwest Jewelry! Rene Curlee Needed a charm added to a necklace for my grandaughters birthday. Atkins Jewelry in Marietta had been my go to...but they closed for good! Looking for a new jewelry shop, landed at a place on Cobb Parkway but they said it would be a week before they could do what I needed done, and it would be $35! I found Arnett Jewelry, walked in and not only did he do the necklace, right then and there, took mere minutes....but there was no charge! Great customer sevice...now I know where to go next time I need jewelry!

Mis Charmaine was so helpful with selecting our enhancer as well as reminding us of our lifetime warranty .. which includes sizing, polishing and in our case soldering.
