Very warm environment and so many nice things to choose from! I came in expecting to browse and walked out with purchases. Cant wait to start using my prayer journal! Joel Maxwell I came to Factorys to have an antique, family ring re-sized to use for my wedding. The ring was quite a bit larger than my finger and had inscriptions on it that I wanted to keep despite making it smaller. It was old, so you can imagine the job was delicate. Although this was not a high priced job, Harvey paid me a lot of attention and did an excellent job handling a family heirloom with care. I was at first hesitant regarding his recommendation on the resize (I questioned whether he wanted to resize it too small). But he was right and it turned out to be an absolutely perfect fit.

We came in last minute looking for my wedding band, and they went above and beyond—even staying late to make sure everything was perfect. While we were there, we ended up getting a watch for Jacob as well, and they took the same care in helping him choose. They were patient, kind, and made the whole experience stress-free. My band is stunning, Jacob loves his watch, and we’ll never forget the extra effort they put in to make it all happen. Highly recommend asking for Jonathan and Quentin!

Judy Horton Passed by it walking and their windows displays brought us in. Absolutely pleasant and helpful staff and we visited on two separate occasions, buying a Turkish-inspired desk lamp on the second. She wrapped it up nicely for a safe drive home. So many items to look at from various polished rocks to art to lights of all sorts. All unique and make great gifts. We will definitely stop in again.
