Niki Watkins I always have a great experience in this store! I wish I had gotten the young ladys name today but she was a lovely young lady and very, very sweet with an awesome smile. She was just clocking in and the store wasnt terribly busy but all the other were associates were helping other customers at the time (both of which greeted me when I walked in with smiles and assurance I would be helped as soon as possible). The young lady that ended up assisting me walked in grabbed a tablet and jumped right in to assist. I had an exchange from an online purchase and she handled it with a smile as did the other associate that had finished up with her customer. I just want to say thank you for the awesome customer service to these young ladies and all the fantastic ladies I have dealt with previously! THANK YOU!!!

Andrew Vollen Ron is absolutely class. He helped me with my fiancés engagement ring. Being a novice going into the process; he was patient, knowledgable, friendly, supportive. He was absolutely everything I needed. He got us a ring that she absolutely loves, and the process was so easy and helpful. Couldnt recommend him more. Hes got a return customer in us.

Fontella Hosein I found Southern bling gal on fb, I want to tell you the customer service is top-notch. I had one major issue with my first package and she fixed it right away. I started ordering from her in May. I place about 10 orders from this store. I love all of my bags. I have received two bags that are store entry. That is almost the same quality as my real ones.
