She was very helpful and pleasant. I went in for 2 waist beads, and ended up buying 5. She has the prettiest waist beads that I have ever seen. From the moment I walked in, a certain associate, a long-time employee there, made me feel unwelcome. His hostile demeanor and reluctance to work with me on a loan for my two items were immediately off-putting. It felt less like he was there to help the community and more like he was trained to low-ball every offer. I tried to provide receipts for my items, but he dismissed them. Instead, he pulled up prices from a commercial website that seemed to be a wholesale site for businesses, not what a regular consumer would pay on Best Buys public website. I knew then that arguing would be futile; Ive encountered that kind of animosity before, and it never leads anywhere productive. Jean Bean Tammy is always my go to girl!!! I bought a wedding set a year ago and could were the diamond because it was scratching my fingers! I went in for my 6 month inspection talked with her (which she sold me the set) and she listened to everything I said and I ended up with a new band that I’m in love with dearly!!! She is awesome!! Highly recommend speaking with her on any pieces you are looking for!!

Pat Monroe I brought a coin I had from the shipwreck of the Spanish galleon, El Cazador that sunk off the coast of Louisiana in 1784. It was set in a bracelet that broke and decided that I would like it to be able to wear it on a necklace. I also had some loose rubies and diamonds. LaRo Jewelers were able to create a beautiful pendant to hang on a necklace. The craftsmanship and expertise created this beautiful piece. I am over the moon! It looks so special. And I can also wear it with a silver necklace!
