They were so cute I was going to buy one as it was, but Natalya was so sweet and mentioned that they did custom writing for the Gnome’s cap! Communication on pick up instructions were clear and timing was fairly flexible. Upon pickup, she even offered to wrap the gift for me, and it was beautiful!

Cassidy I did a Silk Press in February of this year at Kalieai Salon and Spa suite 204 by stylist Kisha B, and it was soft, beautiful. You can tell she loves what she does because she takes her time and is very talented. I can say I have been living here for almost 3 years and this was the best Silk Press I every seen. She offered her wisdom in helping me make decisions, never pressured me or tried to sell me anything. I came to her asking for advice and her expertise and I got an amazing ring! Can’t sing their praises enough! I’ve also taken it in for inspections, cleaning, etc. always a pleasure and timely work. My mom also purchased a gorgeous ring while we were there too!

The most impressive part is that they can upgrade or customize existing jewelery. I had a diamond added to my engagement ring every year for 8 years and we created a special design to hold all of the charms for my necklace. I hate that hes retiring.
