5 /5 Big Country: Delilah and Avery were amazing. I came in and was greeted by Delilah with a glowing welcoming smile. Told her what I was looking for. She and Avery made this process seem less and was able to get a return on my jewelry within a VERY reasonable amount of time. They are truly 2 gems. Shop Kay Ashley Park you will be very happy.

5 /5 T T: Visited the Newnan Ga location today and was serviced by Kays employee Kelley. She went above and beyond what my expectations were. We could not find a necklace in the database that I had purchased and needed repair. With that being said I left and told her I would look at home for the receipt. Within about 5 min. Kelley called amd went a little further in the search and located. I was only up the road and was able to come back. This is what customer service looks like and this is the service that as customers you appreciate

The crew at Ashley Park is always great and very patient and attentive to our wants and needs. Today Gary helped with our inspection and as usual he was very kind, attentive and patient.
