1 /5 Stephanie Lloyd: I dropped off a necklace for a special occasion to be engraved for mom on Saturday. I was told it would be done on Monday. I arrive on Tuesday and it was not completed after being told it was done. He stated he called me to tell me it was not done after he had already told me it was done... But states I did not answer the phone and he left no voicemail. I called him yesterday to ensure it would be done by Friday and he stated it would be done. I gave him a call today and he states they were not able to engrave the necklace due to the size. Point being if he is not able to engrave someones jewelry please advice the customer ASAP ... This will give customer time to find someone else to do the engraving. I will never return to this business or recommend to anyone. The moment now that was supposed to delivered to my mother on Friday is now ruined due to lack on communication from owner. Unhappy customer.
