Sophia West Had an amazing experience getting my engagement ring custom-made with Laura Foster at Worthmore. We came in without an appointment and were serviced quickly - within two hours, we had decided upon my custom ring. She was able to work with our timeline and craft my dream ring in ~6 weeks. Along the way, Laura was very responsive and sent us updates with mock-ups of the ring and was able to adjust things remotely on the fly at our request. Pickup was very smooth and cant recommend this business enough. SO happy we went in-person and a smaller business fort this process. Looking forward to coming back for our wedding bands. Erin Lynch We had such a good experience here!!! I’m so grateful. My fiancé’s ring got bent out of shape due to a mishap with the dog’s collar. We just got engaged in April and were so upset. We had a terrible experience with another jeweler in Duluth, and were just trying to find someone to do this simple repair. We got it from Etsy and it’s a moss agate stone (and 14k gold) and knew it would be softer and a little harder to work with and no one seemed confident they wouldn’t ruin our ring. They made us feel so at ease and let us know they would do everything they could to take care of it and let us know what was in their ability. They were so communicative and lovely! And to top it all off, they got it done before our trip to show our friends! So grateful and will definitely be coming back here for all of our jewelry needs. Meredith On The Mend Phenomenal service and breathtaking collection(s)!! The entire staff I have interacted with has been more than helpful, patient and friendly. I was in there for quite some time just to browse and to purchase a relatively inexpensive but important (to me) ring. There was absolutely none of the typical haughty vibe that seems standard at other jewelers which seems to be congruent with the price size of my anticipated purchase. I got exactly what I wanted and the turnaround time was way less than initially estimated. Additionally, Thad has been so kind & informative to my 19 yr old son, who has had several watches sized there that numerous other jewelers refused to spend the time on. Thad spoke with my son personally and treated him with such respect. My son could not say enough about Celestial and that is what ultimately led me there as well. We will continue to return there for any of our jewelry purchases or repair/resizing needs in the future! Thank you Celestial!! We appreciate you!

Cinzia Morelli So awful, I have never had such a bad experience at Pandora before. The women I spoke to were so unbelievably rude, they made me feel like an escaped war criminal instead of someone trying to take advantage of a promotion. I wanted to return a charm I had just bought and then rebuy it to take advantage of a promotion they had on, and they told me I would have to rebuy it for a more expensive price, and I checked on the website and it was the exact same price. When I asked to speak to a manager the woman I was speaking to was the manager, but if I wanted to I could speak with someone else, and honestly they were just as rude as each other. I cannot believe they lied to my face to avoid helping a customer. I also can’t believe that with the amount of money I have invested in my Pandora jewellery, when I tried to take advantage of a promotion as a frequent customer, they were almost hostile. Such a shame as well because I was looking to buy another charm to add to my collection. Not only did they seriously damage my perception of the company, they also lost out on two different sales. Absolutely unacceptable, honestly save yourself the headache and avoid this Pandora at all costs.
