Porsha McLain Accidentally caught my ring on a door frame, causing it to bend in a couple of different places. Prestige Jewelers had it fixed quickly and at a fair price. My rings look brand new!

Wendy Turner I went to Abby in May of 2025 to ask her to create a custom piece for a ring I had lost. While we ultimately decided not to "remake" the same ring, we came up with a new idea based on some of Abbys current stock. She made my custom sterling silver ring within 2 weeks! She communicated with me during the design process and the purchasing and picking up process was smooth. I am sure that I will be coming back next time I feel like getting a unique, one of a kind piece of jewelry!

Stephen Dascall I received a gift I bought online in the mail and despite the website saying it was compatible with another product, it was not. I spoke to Victoria on the phone before I made the 2 hour trip to this store and she reassured me she could help me find the correct product. When I arrived, she was MORE than helpful and so nice. It is truly a refreshing experience to have good customer service and have my issue resolved quickly. Thank you Victoria!

Precious Jewel My husband and I and came in last week and spoke with Earl. He was very professional and reached back out to us today. We came back in and I tried on two other rings, but my heart was set on the 3 carat marquis I initially fell in love with. My husband purchased it for me just a bit ago and I couldnt be more thrilled. Its absolutely stunning. If Earl hadnt reached out, this sale wouldnt have been made today. Hes a fine salesman with a lot of patience and expertise. Well be return customers. We have a son and identical twin daughters so well be back for gifts! P.S. Today is August 8th. I came in on the 28th of July and William assisted me on which size I needed to have my ring upsized to. I have progressive rheumatoid arthritis. He was so helpful. My ring came in today and he even counted the stones for me as my ring has a lot of baguettes and smaller decorative stones. That was so thoughtful. I appreciate his help and time. He was professional and has a great attitude. I tried to leave a separate review, but continued to come back to my initial review for Earl. I chose to add to it. Earl was very professional as well. Im very pleased.

Alea Johnson Sam is awesome! I came in to get a repair on a chain I purchased for Christmas for my son and he was so helpful. Sam not only fixed my issue but I walked out with a chain and charm as well ! He is the bomb and I suggest anyone to come and see him!

T Slaymon The patience of GAIL should be studied!!! My husband bought me a ring, GAIL was the sales associate. I wasnt really a fan of the ring (although he told me he spent hours trying to decide). We went back to exchange it, GAIL helped us again, she was so patient and kind. She helped me find what I wanted. Shes an angel!!! Thank you GAIL!
