xiaoyu yin Sophia is by far the best sales professional I’ve ever encountered. She constantly follows up, listens carefully to your style and needs, and recommends the perfect Rolex accordingly. The wait time for the watch was surprisingly short compare my expectation. And she even added a thoughtful little surprise when I finally received my dream timepiece. Sophia never overpromises—she’s honest, dedicated, and truly goes above and beyond to make the whole shopping experience exceptional. I’ll absolutely be recommending her to all my friends!

Dianne Haines I recently moved to Athens and was looking for good antique shops, and some furniture for my new house. The online pictures intrigued me and I called to make sure they were open. Upon entering, I was wowed by the presence of this amazing establishment! YES! I was now in my element, and completing content. I found SO many things I needed, and of course, many "wants". Karen the proprietor, was warm, gracious, and inviting. What a lovely woman to deal with! She even let me leave my things there for a couple of months until we were able to get into our new home. Kiria Boo Raymond was very impressive with patience with my 4month old daughter yesterday. He did an exceptional job with my daughter ears piercing. They look so beautiful on her. Karen DiLorenzo-Jones I went into Kay’s on a Saturday evening (about an hour until closing time) to pick-up a couple of my rings that I had sent off to be serviced. As I was waiting for the salesperson to get my rings, I was doing some window shopping when Michael (aka Mike) brought my jewelry out. There had been a couple of items that had caught my eye while I was browsing, so I asked Mike to show them to me. What I experienced was an outstanding customer service interaction. Mike is a professional, yet personable young man who is extremely knowledgable about the products he sells. He took the time to answer my questions, he shared his knowledge with me, and he remained patient and engaged throughout the entire experience. While Mike was working with me our conversation was light and easy. I never felt pressured to buy anything - actually I had not even considered buying anything as I was simply there to pick up my repaired jewelry. Yes, I did end up purchasing a couple of pieces and Kay’s jeweler’s may want to increase Mike’s commission percentage as he was a huge part of the reason why!! It was due to Mike’s nonjudgmental, friendly, and easygoing personality that quickly got me engaged and kept me interested in the pieces I was looking at. It was due to this professional, yet personable interaction that kept me practical, realistic, and comfortable, to the point, that I decided to treat myself to a beautiful selection that I have been wanting to purchase for some time. Thank you Mike and Kay’s for letting me treat myself without breaking my pocketbook! I love, love, love my treat!!

M.R. Loyd My mom had a pair of earrings that had a post that broke. I contacted the pearl girls to see about trying to rescue this pair of Beautiful pearl earrings. Shonda Was so helpful and so incredibly efficient in helping me get these repaired. She gave me several options. She helped in Giving detailed pricing information and was very communicative through the whole process. Once the repair was done, we got them very quickly. The cost was Competitive, but the work was outstanding. My mom was so pleased with the way they turned out. This is not the first time that I’ve had the pearl girls make something for me nor is it the first time I’ve purchased something from them. I am a repeat customer and have been satisfied every time!
