Cleveland Ivey I went in to get a necklace fixed this past Monday. Both employees were friendly and I was seen as soon as I arrived. Mr. Crawford got to work on the necklace as soon as I gave it to him and had it prepared in good timing. I was not in a rush, but the wait was not long. The other associate, a young lady was very professional as well. She helped several people while I was waiting. The store itself was very nice and clean. I paid a bit less than what I expected which was very nice. I was left feeling satisfied with the quality of work and the level of professionalism. I was not at all surprised that my father recommended them. Well worth it.

Shawn Lovett We had a large group go on a Saturday morning to do some mining. The gentlemen working & his dog Gwen were excellent! He took his time to explain all the different gems, even helping the kids find the good ones. We really enjoyed learning all the different things he explained to us & we learned some neat facts. We will definitely be back to visit. Been going here since I was a kid & enjoyed bringing my kids & grandkids.

We came in last minute looking for my wedding band, and they went above and beyond—even staying late to make sure everything was perfect. While we were there, we ended up getting a watch for Jacob as well, and they took the same care in helping him choose. They were patient, kind, and made the whole experience stress-free.
