5 /5 Laetitia Pryor: Went into the Kay Jeweler store (#2811) in Pooler, GA, looking for a gift for my daughter’s upcoming birthday. Had a pair of stud earrings in mind as the sales associate, Gail, showed me what was available. I did not see what I wanted, so I asked if there were any white sapphire earrings in stock. She said she had white sapphire earrings that a customer placed online, but did not like them once she saw them in the store. They had not been placed on display yet, but if I would like to see them she could show them to me. Based on the description I gave her of what I was looking for, she said these earrings might be a match. When Gail showed me the earrings, I agreed with her; they were perfect and the price was well within budget for what I was willing to pay.
I appreciate Gail’s friendliness, professionalism, and attentiveness as I described the type of birthday gift I wanted for my daughter. She represents one of the reasons why I still continue to shop at Kay Jewelers time after time. Thank you.
