They were both so patient in helping each of them make the best choice for their ladies, taking time to guide them through in store options and also by virtually displaying options there as well. Engagements were perfect and my new future daughters are beyond elated with their rings!! My husband and I even bought ourselves new sets for our 25th anniversary in October!! Our purchases were made in the store because their selection is huge and they had just what we wanted without having to wait!!! Laura Chapman We recently purchased a replacement wedding set from Reeves jewelry because the diamond in my original set fell out while I was working in the yard 2+ years ago! Greg Reeves was so kind and helpful in scheduling my visit (I live in Alpharetta, GA) and offering guidance as I selected my new wedding set design. I was able to select a new look with a larger diamond (more carats) than my original set for a great price. We decided upon lab grown diamonds and got a great deal costing barely $100 more than what my husband paid for my original mined diamond set in 1996! Mary Alex also did a wonderful job shopping around to get the best deal for a fabulous looking diamond and ring set for us. Hope Martz We LOVE this Helzberg location! They’ve helped us with everything from purchases to repairs to custom pieces. I’ll never trust a different jeweler with any of my business- they always come back flawlessly. We recently moved to Charlotte but still make the 4 hour drive to see Caroline and Jim for all our jewelry needs! The store might sell the “I am loved” collection, but these staff members will truly make you feel as such.

Aaron was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. Aaron assisted me with creating a free Zales account so that I can save jewelry that I like, be notified of special promotions in their store, and earn rewards for my purchases. If you are looking to buy a beautiful piece in a no pressure, friendly setting, I highly recommend checking out this location and working with Aaron.
