He went to great lengths to make sure I was as comfortable as possible buying the watch from him. He even went as far as taking photos with a loupe to make sure he accurately presented the watch to me. Mike Went here to see about getting a simple pin replaced in my bracelet. They charged me a 3rd of what those fast fix ppl were asking for and got the job done in 30 mins. The competition wanted an entire day. They even fixed the clamp on the bracket as it was a bit loose without me asking or charging me. I’d go back here anytime I need a repair or am in the market for new jewelry. Can’t beat reasonably priced & honest

Amanda Pangelinan I came here to have my wedding set soldered because I got tired of it slipping around and having to fix it. I wish I had taken before and after pictures. It was soldered, cleaned, and had a fresh coating of rhodium, and it turned out amazing. Price was $400 less than Kays quoted. I also had a stone in a knuckle cocktail ring replaced and a closure for a bracelet fixed. I cant believe how inexpensive it was to have all this done. They were friendly and efficient, and I got my things back in 4 business days. I can not recommend Pauls Jewelry enough. We had to wait a little for service. It was a Saturday morning. The wait was because people know how good they are, and it was totally worth it.
