3 /5 Trill Green: If your best concerned is good work and customer service. These guys do good work but horrible customer service. I had them working on a pendant for me and they did not listen to what I wanted and then went and screwed the project up and said they will just redo it. I was on a time crunch for the pendant and told them to keep me updated. They are ignoring my messages and ignoring my calls and are not giving any updates on my project and now I lost $1100 cause they are ignoring me. I will not be doing another project with them because the customer service is horrible.

1 /5 Venita DeLoach: Worst customer service ever! I thought the guy initially was helpful but it turns out I was wrong. Horrible customer service. My text messages not calls were responded to after the fact. Ups resolved my issue with this company and now I’m unable to reach anyone: my call was answered and the min I started talking the phone hung up. No return call. No reply to my text. I’ll just charge it as a loss but I’ll never buy anything from this place ever. I guess my business wasn’t valued. A bday gift that I never got a chance to receive. They were paid twice in the end. UPS delivers my package empty and an ups claim was filed. The claim was settled and no new item shipped out.

5 /5 Teshawna Butler: The reason for my business with master of bling is because Christmas is coming up and I wanted to get my boyfriend a gift and he always shops with these guys and love the services. So I thought Ill check them out myself. This was my first time shopping with them and after experiencing the services myself I can say I feel the same way as he do. I highly recommend them to all my friends, family, and anyone that reads this review. I absolutely love the service and the attention and care to my needs. Sam has been very kind and patient when doing business with me. He is literally like the best friend I never knew I had lol. I am still waiting on my product The wait time isnt too extensive and I am sure I will be as highly satisfied with the product as I am with the service. As I said before my boyfriend had already ordered things from them before so what I order was a Cuban link chain and Sam was so amazing that I even ended up buying a bracelet for myself....cannot wait to receive it but you guys can get five stars from me any day ❤️

Ive been a customer of theirs since 2012, and they have never let me down when it comes to the quality and care that goes into their amazing pieces of jewelry. Master of Bling is a company you can feel safe spending your money with. From their customer service to the easy ordering process, you cant get much better than this company.
